Key Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Establishing and nurturing relationships with designated Professional Trade key accounts

• Crafting strategic plans to meet sales objectives and broaden business prospects

• Collaborating with internal teams to provide solutions that fulfill client requirements

• Overseeing key professional trade accounts (including electrical wholesalers, distributors, and major installer networks)

• Evaluating market trends and customer requirements to pinpoint new business possibilities

• Partnering closely with installers and contractors to generate demand and encourage pull-through from trade partners

• Leading continuous improvement efforts by collecting client feedback and implementing efficiency enhancements

• Advocating for the complete Professional portfolio customized to meet the needs of the trade channel

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline

• Over 5 years of demonstrable experience in key account management or sales positions within professional trade industries

• Preferred background in the lighting, electrical, or industrial goods sectors

• Understanding of wholesale distribution channels and B2B sales dynamics

• Proficiency in negotiating rebates and campaign contracts
