This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi, +2 more states.
• Promote Copiktra along with other authorized medications in a fair and consistent manner, adhering to approved indications and company policies.
• Educate healthcare providers on the on-label application of Copiktra utilizing company-sanctioned promotional materials.
• Develop and implement territory business plans that align with corporate strategic goals.
• Conduct monthly business reviews, assess progress, pinpoint opportunities and risks, and make data-driven modifications.
• Achieve on-label sales growth and meet sales targets while complying with company policies.
• Monitor operational expenses and manage the territory budget effectively.
• Identify key decision-makers within practices.
• Deliver promotional presentations, informational in-services, and educational programs.
• Provide commercial support at relevant medical congresses within the territory.
• Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons or Medical Affairs contacts to address customer inquiries.
• Work in partnership with Market Development, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Marketing teams.
• Adhere to Secura Bio policies and relevant laws.
• A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• An advanced degree (MBA, MS, PharmD, or a related discipline) is preferred.
• At least 8 years of successful experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales.
• A proven history of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Experience engaging with Medical Oncologists, Hematologists, and/or oncology practices.
• Experience in launching new products or promoting products in competitive markets.
• Ability to comprehend, retain, and convey complex clinical, efficacy, and safety data.
• Strong understanding of oncology/hematology disease states and treatment paradigms.
• Capability to engage in scientific discussions with highly trained medical professionals.
• Experience in strategic territory planning and business plan development.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing territory opportunities and tracking performance metrics.
• Comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical industry regulations, including FDA, PhRMA Code, and OIG guidelines.
• A commitment to ethical selling practices and promoting products within approved indications.
• Exceptional presentation and public speaking abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel overnight within the territory for conferences, training, and sales meetings.
