This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Develop and nurture robust relationships with key accounts to gain insights into their needs and preferences.
• Negotiate sales contracts and agreements to achieve revenue objectives.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to provide customized solutions and improve customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends and new growth opportunities.
• Track sales metrics and generate comprehensive performance reports for management.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Stay informed about industry advancements and competitor activities.
• Engage in strategic planning sessions to align with overall company goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in key account management or relevant sales roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to negotiate and cultivate strong business relationships.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating market trends and customer data.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients.
• Effective strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
