This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
• Create and implement growth strategies aimed at enhancing sales, margins, and profitability across your customer base.
• Establish and nurture robust, face-to-face relationships with key clients, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Recognize opportunities and provide customized, value-added, and technical solutions to fulfill customer requirements.
• Collaborate across various functions with internal teams and strategic suppliers to optimize customer results.
• Manage commercial negotiations, including pricing and contracts, in accordance with company policies.
• Utilize Salesforce to monitor performance, analyze opportunities, and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Uphold high standards of data integrity, compliance, and professionalism in all interactions with customers.
• Demonstrated experience in a sales or commercially accountable position with a proven record of achieving results.
• A consultative, customer-centric mindset with the capability to identify needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Strong commercial awareness, including negotiation expertise and experience managing pricing or contracts.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively within a matrixed organization.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Strong skills in planning, prioritization, and pipeline management.
• High motivation and determination to exceed targets, along with a growth-focused mentality.
• Proficiency in both Danish and English (written and spoken).
