β’ Take charge of the commercial relationship with a specific portfolio of key accounts
β’ Perform strategic account evaluations and formulate plans for account growth
β’ Identify and capitalize on upsell and expansion opportunities
β’ Address escalated client concerns swiftly and professionally
β’ Collaborate across product, operations, and finance teams to meet client needs
β’ Over 4 years of experience in key account management or strategic sales
β’ Proven history of growing and retaining significant accounts
β’ Strong commercial awareness and negotiation capabilities
β’ Exceptional skills in relationship-building and stakeholder management
