β€’ Take charge of the commercial relationship with a specific portfolio of key accounts

β€’ Perform strategic account evaluations and formulate plans for account growth

β€’ Identify and capitalize on upsell and expansion opportunities

β€’ Address escalated client concerns swiftly and professionally

β€’ Collaborate across product, operations, and finance teams to meet client needs


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 4 years of experience in key account management or strategic sales

β€’ Proven history of growing and retaining significant accounts

β€’ Strong commercial awareness and negotiation capabilities

β€’ Exceptional skills in relationship-building and stakeholder management

β€’ Access to reliable internet and a well-equipped professional home workspace
