This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts.
• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, including directors and C-level executives.
• Recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Enhance client retention and mitigate churn.
• Facilitate executive meetings such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and business planning sessions.
• Evaluate the client's circumstances and suggest strategic solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Assist in process enhancements (position currently under development).
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Strategic Sales.
• Background working with enterprise or large-scale clients.
• Experience in B2B or B2G SaaS organizations.
• Familiarity with the public sector, including tenders and government contracts.
• Skilled in complex negotiations.
• Postgraduate degree or MBA in business or strategy is a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence and data analysis is preferred.
• Strong financial acumen, including understanding ROI and revenue impact, is an asset.
