This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Long-term customer management: You will serve as the main point of contact for our current clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and enhancing customer retention.
• Upselling & cross-selling: You will proactively recognize opportunities for growth, lead contract discussions, and utilize potential avenues to increase revenue.
• Strategic customer development: You will consistently evaluate customer requirements, perform business assessments, and create customized strategies to optimize your clients' success.
• Internal collaboration: You will collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product Management, and Sales to effectively meet the expectations and goals of our customers.
• Demonstrated experience in account management, preferably in a SaaS, software, or technology environment.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, coupled with a passion for cultivating enduring customer relationships.
• Strong customer-centric approach, strategic mindset, and analytical capabilities to identify opportunities proactively.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and a solid understanding of sales processes and contract management.
• Self-driven, solution-focused attitude, and a genuine enjoyment of collaborating with cross-functional teams.
