This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will establish and effectively manage your own customer base in relation to smart metering, gateway, and cloud-based solution systems.
• You will negotiate and finalize contracts, overseeing projects until successful implementation at the client's location.
• Even post-implementation, you will serve as the trusted point of contact for clients, supporting operations and additional smart applications.
• You are knowledgeable about the market and keep an eye on competitive trends.
• You will suggest ideas for the enhancement or development of concepts, products, and services.
• You will nurture business relationships with our partners.
• You thrive on communication and collaboration with our internal teams.
• Proven experience in smart metering, particularly within the German market.
• A comprehensive understanding of smart metering infrastructures, their cloud ecosystems, and hardware components.
• Ideally, existing connections in the energy sector, including municipal utilities, heat pump, PV, or EV charger (wallbox) manufacturers.
• A strong commercial acumen and a drive for achieving sales success.
• Willingness to travel throughout Germany.
• Excellent communication abilities, with strong negotiation and advisory skills in both German and English.
• An analytical and structured approach to work, while also possessing the ability to think creatively.
