This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• As a reliable sales specialist, you will engage with current enterprise clients in your designated regions to identify their needs and convey Monotype’s value proposition.
• Acquire knowledge of Monotype’s product suite (including type and technologies) to become an expert for key brand customers.
• Negotiate and finalize strategic renewal agreements to achieve your designated personal sales targets and objectives.
• Develop comprehensive account strategies for each client, outlining opportunities for renewal and upselling.
• Promote and sell additional solutions to important and strategic renewal accounts.
• Examine all purchase orders and contracts to ensure adherence to company policies.
• Organize, monitor, and maintain client account and contact data, as well as updates on prospects within the CRM database.
• Effectively present Monotype’s solutions to C-Level executives using strategic value-based selling, business case development, ROI analysis, and research data.
• Collaborate with individuals from Brand, Marketing, Creative, IT, Finance, Procurement, UX, and Legal teams within a key account.
• Work in partnership across the organization with marketing, finance, sales representatives, and technical support to align market and renewal strategies.
• A driven and well-organized sales professional with a demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong networking abilities.
• You possess a curious mindset and a desire to learn, thriving on enhancing your skills and experiences.
• You recognize the significance of teamwork.
• Prior experience in software, technology, publishing, media, advertising, or design sectors is preferred.
• Capability to navigate a complex sales process from demonstration through negotiation to closing the deal.
• Previous experience with Salesforce is desirable.
• Proven aptitude for mastering new technologies and products.
