This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Cultivate and Strengthen Key Relationships: Forge and enhance reliable partnerships with our primary accounts to ensure enduring collaboration.
• Discover Growth Opportunities: Identify and leverage new business prospects with existing clients to promote steady growth.
• Formulate Joint Strategies: Develop customized business and activation plans in close partnership with our clients to encourage mutual value creation.
• Analyze Performance: Examine sales data and market trends to evaluate business development and continually refine customer strategies.
• Manage Offers: Craft compelling proposals and presentations tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.
• Meet Sales Goals: Proactively engage in achieving sales and revenue objectives through effective account management and delivering measurable results.
• Prior Sales Experience: Demonstrated experience in key account management.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication in both German and English, along with strong presentation abilities.
• Analytical Thinking: Capability to analyze data, pinpoint opportunities, and make well-informed decisions.
• High Self-Motivation: A proactive, results-driven approach to work and a dedication to ongoing personal growth.
• Negotiation Proficiency: Confident and persuasive in negotiation scenarios.
• Collaborative Team Player: Enjoys working within a team and contributes with enthusiasm.
• Relocation Support Available: Limited assistance for voluntary international relocation under the Volunteer International Transfer Policy.
