This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Oversee, cultivate, and inspire the team while collaborating closely with the sales capability team to ensure effective training delivery.
• Develop and maintain an annual business unit strategy aimed at achieving agreed-upon channel revenue KPIs and targets, along with necessary reporting.
• Foster strong customer business relationships that enable "best in industry" execution of our product categories.
• Partner with key stakeholders, including the account team, category, activation team, sales capability, and customer finance, to maximize returns in your region.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of category insights, coaching the team on utilizing category tools to engage and persuade customers for informed decision-making that will enhance our categories and fulfill our annual objectives.
• 5–7 years of experience in Key Account Management / Customer Management (preferably in FMCG).
• Demonstrated success in managing large retail or modern trade accounts with P&L responsibility.
• Strong skills in negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities paired with solid financial understanding.
• Proven track record of driving growth and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Leadership skills to mentor and develop junior team members.
