This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Sustain and enhance the company's most valuable customer relationships
• Propel revenue growth
• Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
• Formulate and execute strategic account plans
• Foster strong, professional connections with senior executives
• Identify customer requirements and create customized solutions
• Negotiate contracts and pricing arrangements
• Collaborate with internal teams

• Conduct regular meetings and presentations with clients
• Manage the sales pipeline and provide precise forecasts
• Quickly respond to customer inquiries and concerns
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
• At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in Account Management or Key Account Management within a B2B setting
• Proven success in managing large, intricate accounts and fostering revenue growth
• Strong negotiation and closing capabilities with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in German is highly desirable
• Skilled in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite
• Comprehensive understanding of sales processes, business development strategies, and customer growth methodologies
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make informed business choices
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously
• Problem-solving mindset focused on customer-centric solutions
• Professional demeanor and dedication to cultivating long-term business relationships
• Preferred: Experience within the manufacturing or industrial sector
• Preferred: Knowledge of the German market and German business culture
• Preferred: Experience in project management
