This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Formulate and execute strategic account plans to meet sales objectives and enhance market presence.
• Advocate for Littelfuse products and technologies to key accounts, showcasing their advantages and applications.
• Establish and nurture robust, long-term relationships with key clients, comprehending their requirements and offering customized solutions.
• Provide insights on new products that are necessary for key customer segments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and global counterparts to ensure market share acquisition and smooth delivery of products and services worldwide.
• Track market trends and competitive activities to discover new business possibilities.
• Deliver regular reports on account performance and market insights to senior management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the electronics or technology sector.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation capabilities.
• Willingness to travel as necessary (up to 30%, West Coast).
