This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate senior-level relationships with designated key accounts, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Generate revenue through renewals, expansions, and cross-selling of Integrated Water Service solutions.
• Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and commercial planning activities.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, safety, and compliance teams to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Address customer concerns and escalations while aligning expectations with operational execution.
• Create multi-year account strategies and deliver market and performance insights.
• Maintain up-to-date forecasts, activity logs, and reports within Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• More than 5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or commercial roles, ideally within the water, wastewater, industrial services, utilities, or environmental sectors.
• Proven experience in managing complex B2B accounts and long-term service agreements.
• Excellent negotiation, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
• Solid understanding of industrial or municipal water systems and service-oriented business models.
• Capability to handle multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
