This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Cultivate senior-level relationships with designated key accounts and serve as a trusted advisor.
• Generate revenue through renewals, expansions, and cross-selling of Integrated Water Service solutions.
• Oversee pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and commercial planning efforts.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, safety, and compliance teams to guarantee efficient service delivery.
• Address customer concerns and escalations while ensuring alignment of expectations with execution.
• Formulate multi-year account strategies and deliver market and performance insights.
• Keep precise forecasts, activity logs, and reports updated in Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or commercial roles, ideally within water, wastewater, industrial services, utilities, or environmental services sectors.
• Proven experience managing intricate B2B accounts and long-term service agreements.
• Exceptional negotiation, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Solid understanding of industrial or municipal water systems and service-oriented business models.
• Capability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
