This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Cultivating and supporting Aritco’s partner network throughout Northern Europe.
• Collaborating with team members and local partners to enhance sales and manage key accounts.
• Conducting sales visits to attract, onboard, and assist new partners.
• Crafting and implementing territory plans to meet annual sales goals and foster long-term growth.
• Establishing strong relationships with existing partners through consistent coaching and business assistance.
• Keeping an eye on market trends, regional regulations, and competitive dynamics.
• Overseeing branding and marketing initiatives to boost product visibility within the region.
• Handling administrative responsibilities, including CRM updates, budgeting, and documentation of partner agreements.
• Prior experience in the elevator/lift industry or related fields such as HVAC, construction technology, industrial products, or technical B2B solutions.
• A minimum of five years in B2B sales, key account management, or business development.
• Relevant academic qualifications, vocational training, certifications, or equivalent practical experience are all regarded as beneficial for this position.
• Proficient in establishing trust and managing lengthy sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Northern Europe as part of the job responsibilities.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and German.
• Proficiency in additional Northern European languages, such as Swedish, is considered a plus.
