This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Accountable for managing and strategically enhancing our key accounts.
• Establishing and nurturing long-term, trusted relationships with customers.
• Proven experience engaging with C-level executives and the capability to convert complex demands into tangible solutions.
• Recognizing and capitalizing on upselling and cross-selling prospects within the current customer base.
• Leading intricate contract negotiations and overseeing expansions within the client portfolio.
• Ensuring elevated customer satisfaction levels and minimizing churn risk.
• Conducting presentations, product demonstrations, and workshops — both virtually and in-person.
• Evaluating customer needs, market trends, and competitive movements while sharing pertinent insights with internal teams.
• Collaborating closely with Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams to enhance our customer solutions.
• Overseeing and tracking relevant KPIs while reporting on sales and business progress.
• Several years of experience in key account management or consultative B2B sales.
• Proficiency in navigating complex customer structures and decision-making processes, preferably in a SaaS or real estate context.
• Ability to comprehend business models and translate customer expectations into actionable solutions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills across various organizational levels, including C-level executives.
• Organized working approach, with clear prioritization and a strong dedication to quality and dependability.
• Strong emphasis on long-term customer development and Customer Lifetime Value.
• Fluent in German (native) and proficient in business English.
• Confident in utilizing CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) and modern collaboration tools.
• 100% remote work model.
