This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Norway.
• Formulate and implement strategic account plans aimed at driving revenue growth and enhancing business within key accounts for the LenelS2 and Honeywell Commercial Security portfolios.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with essential stakeholders, recognizing customer needs and aligning solutions to provide long-term value.
• Collaborate across various functions, including marketing, technical, and sales teams, to deliver customized solutions and coordinated account strategies.
• Evaluate account performance, pipeline, and customer data to uncover growth opportunities, enhance win rates, and maximize account profitability.
• Utilize CRM tools to oversee account activities, accurately forecast sales performance, and report on revenue growth and customer engagement.
• Remain updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer priorities to proactively position solutions and foster continuous account development.
• At least 6 years of experience in the physical security industry.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success or account management, with a proven ability to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools, alongside an excellent analytical and data-driven approach. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with a passion for customer success and satisfaction.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Demonstrated leadership and mentoring abilities, with a proactive and results-driven mindset. Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability.
