This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Generate new revenue from both existing and prospective projects.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams as the 'voice of the customer' to formulate and implement strategies, set priorities, allocate resources, and oversee the sales deliverable process.
• Lead the creation of customer solutions by analyzing customer requirements and available resources.
• Manage the relationship with the customer and internal teams to ensure both parties are informed about key initiatives.
• Utilize resources and knowledge of products, services, processes, and operations to fulfill customer commitments, achieve competitive advantages, and promote business growth.
• Take ownership of revenue forecasts for designated customers in alignment with all Hexcel business planning cycles.
• Develop and manage individual customer strategies to effectively showcase Hexcel products by understanding customer perceptions of Hexcel and its competitors.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required; a technical or engineering discipline is strongly preferred.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in technical sales with a network in the aerospace composite materials sector is preferred.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a DOD clearance is essential.
• Familiarity with composite products in aerospace and defense markets, along with experience in contract negotiations, supply chain management, and project management, are significant advantages.
• Proficient in the advanced MS Office Suite, including MS Word, advanced Excel and PowerPoint, Teams, Dynamics365, as well as experience with ERP/MRP systems.
