This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and nurture collaborative relationships with the C-Suite of our Large Accounts, utilizing these high-level connections to grasp strategic priorities, align solutions with executive objectives, and secure long-term partnerships by offering innovative and valuable business insights regarding large fleet best practices.
• Proactively grow the subscription base and enhance the utilization of Geotab's products and services, including marketplace offerings such as cameras and asset trackers.
• Take direct responsibility for achieving and surpassing designated revenue targets for account growth, ensuring a strategic approach to revenue generation through account expansion.
• Manage Enterprise accounts to a best-in-class standard, ensuring that the fundamentals of excellent account management are addressed within regular business reviews to guarantee accurate forecasting, early identification and management of issues, and suitable SLT engagement from Geotab, while also driving Geotab to new heights within the customer by actively seeking ways to leverage Geotab’s products and services for innovation within the account.
• Consult with strategic customers on best practices related to change management, technology implementation, customer experience, and other critical factors for program success.
• Communicate and demonstrate the value of ongoing investment in the data provided by Geotab and our partners.
• Leverage pilots to quantify the value generated by engaging with the Geotab ecosystem, supported by Strategic Account Advisors and Business Development.
• Offer strategic feedback to Geotab’s regional leadership based on both localized and global activities and successes, promoting a unified global strategy.
• Maintain current knowledge of all Geotab products, marketplace offerings, and industry trends impacting assigned verticals.
• Create an informed short- and long-term customer strategy roadmap for internal Geotab stakeholders, including Product, DNA, and Marketplace.
• Identify and map out key stakeholders within Geotab and within each strategic global account, ensuring comprehensive coverage and understanding of all ongoing discussions and opportunities, including emerging markets.
• Apply project management skills to effectively oversee and manage account activities, ensuring a consistent and impactful approach across all regions.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of Service Delivery and support processes to ensure that assigned customers maximize the benefits of Geotab's services and follow efficient issue management processes for both Geotab and the customer.
• Promote and enhance the visibility of Geotab's solution offerings, ensuring that the company builds positive brand equity and captures market/mind share.
• Understand the competitive landscape and provide insights and guidance to Marketing and senior leadership within Geotab.
• Contribute input on new business opportunities, competitive analysis, market trends, and the overall business environment.
• 8 - 10 years of experience in a consultative sales role.
• Background in technical sales or the telematics industry.
• Fluency in Portuguese is essential.
• Exceptional abilities in developing and sustaining client relationships.
• Capable of anticipating and understanding customer needs and delivering viable solutions.
• Proven success in developing new sales and accounts.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable working in a flat organizational structure.
• Strong ability to comprehend technical and business requirements.
• Demonstrated success in accurately forecasting account and volume activities, consistently meeting and exceeding goals.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to make well-judged decisions in problem-solving.
• Highly organized and adept at managing multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
• Knowledge of Localized Data Privacy and Regulatory practices.
• Actively engage with both internal and external key stakeholders, facilitating communications and strategies across different regions, especially where Geotab's presence is emerging or requires strengthening.
• Utilize project management skills to effectively oversee and manage account activities, ensuring a consistent and impactful approach across all regions.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of Service Delivery and Support processes to ensure the value of these services is effectively conveyed to the customer and their expectations are managed in accordance with business process realities.
• Ability to translate technical solutions to fulfill customer requirements.
• Proficient in using software programs, including but not limited to Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
