Key Account Manager

📋 Description

• Deliver customer assistance through phone, email, and chat channels

• Address customer questions and troubleshoot technical problems

• Ensure accurate customer data management in the CRM system

• Work in conjunction with internal teams to escalate complex inquiries

• Over 1 year of experience in customer support

• Strong communication abilities

• Familiarity with CRM software

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

• Capability to work during UK business hours

• Proficiency in English is required.
