This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Strategic Leadership: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with C-suite and senior client stakeholders to identify and address their most pressing business challenges, consistently showcasing the value of FICO’s solutions.
• Solution Innovation: Partner with internal teams across sales, product, delivery, and marketing to create customized, enterprise-level solutions that align with client requirements and long-term strategies.
• Complex Deal Structuring: Drive high-stakes negotiations for multi-million-dollar contracts, ensuring outcomes that are beneficial for both parties and enhance FICO’s presence within the account.
• Client Advocacy: Act as the client’s representative within FICO, shaping product roadmaps and solution strategies to meet changing market demands.
• Business Growth: Formulate and implement detailed business plans aimed at driving account growth and sustainable profitability, while meeting quarterly and annual sales goals with considerable potential for upside.
• Market Leadership: Represent FICO as a trusted advisor, keeping abreast of industry trends and establishing the company as the preferred partner for advanced analytics and decision-making solutions.
• Proven Senior-Level Experience: Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic relationships with senior executives, particularly in large financial institutions.
• Enterprise Solution Sales Expertise: A history of structuring and closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals, including SaaS-based solutions that enhance existing offerings or integrate into broader solution packages.
• Industry Knowledge: Extensive understanding of banking, credit risk, fraud prevention, account management, or consumer lending. Experience with technologies such as machine learning, AI, decision management, and optimization is highly preferred.
• Strategic Vision and Execution: Capability to develop and implement joint business plans that align with client goals and FICO’s strategic initiatives.
• Growth Mindset: A passion for learning and the ability to educate both customers and FICO colleagues through presentations and discussions.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in helping others achieve their highest potential.

• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 50% to sustain a close partnership with clients and encourage meaningful, face-to-face interactions.
• Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent commercial experience.
