This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Strategic Leadership: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with C-suite executives and senior client stakeholders to identify and address their most pressing business challenges, showcasing the value of FICO’s solutions consistently.
• Solution Innovation: Partner with internal teams across sales, product, delivery, and marketing to create customized, enterprise-level solutions that align with client requirements and long-term objectives.
• Complex Deal Structuring: Spearhead high-stakes negotiations for multi-million-dollar contracts, ensuring outcomes that are beneficial for all parties and that enhance FICO’s presence within the account.
• Client Advocacy: Act as the client’s representative within FICO, shaping product roadmaps and solution strategies to meet the changing demands of the market.
• Business Growth: Formulate and implement detailed business plans that promote account growth and sustained profitability while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals with considerable upside potential.
• Market Leadership: Serve as a trusted advisor for FICO, remaining informed about industry trends and positioning the company as the preferred partner for advanced analytics and decisioning solutions.
• Proven Senior-Level Experience: A track record of successfully building and managing strategic relationships with senior executives, especially in large financial institutions.
• Enterprise Solution Sales Expertise: Demonstrated experience in structuring and closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals, including SaaS-based solutions that enhance existing offerings or integrate into larger solution bundles.
• Industry Knowledge: Extensive understanding of banking, credit risk, fraud prevention, account management, or consumer lending. Familiarity with technologies such as machine learning, AI, decision management, and optimization is highly desirable.
• Strategic Vision and Execution: Capability to develop and implement joint business plans that align with client goals and FICO’s strategic priorities.
• Growth Mindset: A strong desire to learn and educate both customers and FICO colleagues through presentations and discussions. Excellent soft skills, along with a sincere interest in people and a commitment to helping them succeed.
• Resiliency: Ability to maintain focus and effectiveness under pressure, adapt to change, and recover swiftly from setbacks.

• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 50% to maintain close partnerships with clients and facilitate meaningful, face-to-face interactions.
• Educational Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
