• Monitoring the effectiveness of promotional campaigns to identify potential issues or challenges.
• Building and sustaining effective key account relationships.
• Serving as an intermediary between internal departments and customers.
• Acting as an escalation point for customers regarding any issues, and driving resolution actions.
• Conducting root-cause analysis, fostering continuous improvement, and implementing solutions.
• Consistently assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs.
• Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of the company's solutions in alignment with customers’ needs and objectives.
• Prior experience in the online B2B sector, preferably in online gaming.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Account Management.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong commercial insight and understanding of business development.
• Capacity to achieve results in a complex commercial landscape.
• Proven experience in effective client management.
• Capable of team management.
• Familiarity with strategy preparation based on data analysis.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Willingness to travel as required.
