This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Oversee the complete acquisition and quotation process.
• Drive negotiations regarding pricing, contracts, and claims.
• Create tailored strategies and product offerings for customers.
• Perform market and competitor analyses to enhance the portfolio.
• Establish and sustain long-term relationships with customers.
• Assist with internal and external reporting, audits, and events.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Business.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Key Account Management and/or Sales.
• Significant experience in the rail industry, automotive supplier, or Off-Highway sector.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Strategic mindset, self-driven with strong work ethics.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Value-added and solution-oriented approach.
• Assertive team player.
• Willingness to travel.
