This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Management of a portfolio of prestigious pharmacies and clinics.
• Establishment of long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
• Conducting insightful discussions regarding business opportunities and the product portfolio.
• Identification of upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities.
• Acquisition of new high-potential accounts and enhancement of Montu's market presence.
• Assisting pharmacies in optimizing their operations in the field of medical cannabis.
• Close monitoring of competitive activities and market changes.
• Sharing market insights with sales leadership to shape commercial strategy.
• Conducting regular in-person customer visits (approximately 40–60%).
• Experience in sales, key account management, or business development.
• Background in healthcare, the pharmaceutical sector, medical technology, or other regulated industries is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand and clearly explain therapeutic information.
• Organized, self-reliant working style with experience in managing a diverse pipeline.
• Proficient with CRM systems and digital tools.
• Native-level German or business fluent, along with fluent English.
• Valid driver's license.
