This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist Braeburn in achieving its mission by educating Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) about the company’s products and associated access resources.
• Ensure that HCPs are thoroughly informed regarding the clinical details of the product as well as how to obtain it when making independent treatment choices for their patients.
• Meet overall sales targets by providing clinical product-related information and access details, adhering to Company policies, to relevant HCPs.
• Achieve sales objectives while effectively educating on product acquisition, related payer policies, and reimbursement information.
• Fulfill planned Braeburn goals, patient access objectives, and other anticipated performance metrics for the assigned territory.
• Exhibit mastery of sales competencies: review, analyze, and interpret reports/facts and data to strategize and execute territory activities.
• Communicate an in-depth understanding of disease state and product information in a compliant manner consistent with FDA-approved product labeling and the REMS program.
• Collaborate with account personnel to prepare for sales calls, identify needs and opportunities, communicate approved solutions, address customer concerns, and conduct post-call analysis and next steps.
• Provide information that aids physicians and office staff in understanding access-related details for Braeburn’s products.
• Effectively manage and support accounts, ensuring product access and addressing/reviewing reimbursement issues in alignment with Braeburn policies, processes, and procedures to enhance customer and patient experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) is required; an advanced business degree is a plus.
• Over 7 years of pharmaceutical experience, with a minimum of 3 years in sales and/or field market access within the biotech/specialty pharmaceutical/device sectors.
• Demonstrated sales or field market access success, evidenced by market performance reports and recognition awards in Specialty Pharmacy markets.
• Comprehensive understanding of reimbursement and insurance coverage for physician-administered treatments.
• Proven experience with product launches in highly complex and competitive environments.
• Experience selling specialty products, particularly physician-administered products such as implantable or injectable medication technologies in healthcare settings.
• Capacity to work independently to identify new business opportunities.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Willingness to travel both regionally and nationally, with some territories requiring overnight travel of up to 50-70%.
