This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Build and sustain impactful relationships with major retail accounts throughout the Iberia region.
• Propel growth by means of strategic planning, accurate forecasting, and exemplary execution.
• Discover sales growth opportunities and implement strategies to boost sales and market presence across key product categories.
• Oversee account performance, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and striving for the surpassing of KPIs.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies customized for the specific market within the Iberia region.
• Collaborate with Planning teams to optimize inventory levels, preventing shortages and ensuring efficient order processing.
• Adopt a highly analytical perspective on account management, utilizing all available data points to spot new opportunities and proactively address risks.
• Track and analyze consumer trends within the electronics sector, identifying fresh market opportunities and areas for product innovation or expansion.
• Generate regular and comprehensive sales reports and forecasts grounded in data, customer insights, and industry expertise.
• Work in close cooperation with the broader sales team, along with marketing, business unit, and operations teams to synchronize market strategies and enhance product listings, advertising effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the entire sales team, including channel support, to ensure the sharing of best practices and information for maximizing results and achieving objectives.
• Travel frequently to trade shows and customer locations, delivering persuasive sales and product presentations.
• Exhibit a passion for product; possess a deep understanding of and advocate for Belkin products and categories.
• Proficient in Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in English being highly desirable.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a commitment to a customer-first philosophy.
• Capacity to manage various priorities, perform under pressure, and adapt within a dynamic environment.
• Initiative in personal growth and development is essential.
• Genuine interest in the technology and consumer electronics sector.
• Willingness to travel both locally and internationally when necessary.
• Additional languages such as Portuguese and Catalan will be considered beneficial.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Key Account Management.
• Background in the Consumer Electronics industry is advantageous.
• Proven success in managing retail and B2B accounts in the specified countries.
• Established verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Experience with managing eCommerce platforms is highly sought after.
