• Overseeing existing clients (Key Accounts), with a focus on achieving revenue, growth, and retention goals.
• Recognizing opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within the current client portfolio.
• Managing intricate sales processes, which range from consulting and projects to managed services.
• Organizing and leading customer meetings, workshops, and executive presentations.
• Actively nurturing a network of vendors/manufacturers, emphasizing: Microsoft (Cloud, Security, Modern Work, Data & AI); Dell Technologies (Server, Storage, Client); Barracuda / Fortinet / Cisco (Security, Network, Cloud Security).
• Collaborating closely with vendors on: account strategies, joint customer initiatives, campaigns, incentives, and training programs.
• Several years of experience in Key Account Management or IT sales.
• Strong network in the Southern region - Styria & Carinthia (including customers, decision-makers, and IT management).
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Cloud & Security).
• Experience working with enterprise clients and navigating complex IT environments.
• Understanding of managed services, SLA frameworks, and fostering long-term customer partnerships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
• High customer and service orientation.
• Exceptional communication skills, particularly at the management and C-level.
• An organized, independent work style.
• A collaborative team player with the ability to interface between sales and technical teams.
