This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Serves as the primary contact at Axis for managing all facets of the relationship with designated major accounts.
• Oversees the daily management of accounts from their initiation and assignment through to the transition phase.
• Responsible for the strategic management of accounts with the aim of enhancing the Axis relationship across various product lines, geographical regions, and over an extended period.
• Participates in the sales and implementation processes for accounts, which includes: delivering presentations and proposals to decision-makers, managing pilot installation sites, and conducting integration testing with ecosystem partners.
• Manages relationships with all end-users and ecosystem partners associated with the account.
• Constructs a team around the account and orchestrates all resources and communications among sales, business development, marketing, and technical services.
• Composes and updates all documentation pertinent to the account, encompassing meeting minutes, notes, designs, Axis CRM, and tracking tools.
• Engages in account design activities, which entail site surveys, camera recommendations, camera placements, field of view assessments, pixels on target, site drawings (Visio, CAD, etc.), and system design that includes third-party recommendations and integration.
• Maintains accurate documentation of product configurations and specifications relevant to the account.
• Compiles necessary weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly reports as required.
• Responsible for coordinating any post-sales support or technical assistance.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering, or Information Systems.
• Over 5 years of experience in roles such as Sales, National/Key Accounts, Sales Engineering, or Project Management, preferably within the video and physical security sectors.
