This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Develop and implement strategic plans aimed at achieving specific territory goals/KPIs, utilizing organizational tools (CRM, data, DOMO, and other analytics) to identify pertinent opportunities and ensure sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate with account C-Suite and executive teams across various sites and locations to gain a comprehensive understanding of how to transform the account into a site of care that delivers a seamless experience and continued access to QUTENZA for eligible patients.
• Deliver exceptional full-service account support concerning all facets of product access and education, which includes training healthcare professionals and staff on the correct application guidelines of Qutenza® to maximize patient efficacy.
• Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting relationships with key customers, staff, and national/regional Key External Experts (KEEs) as a trusted advisor.
• Cultivate an influential network of advocates to enhance QUTENZA’s visibility within these accounts.
• Prioritize effectively and demonstrate a commitment to overcoming obstacles and challenges while remaining adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
• Motivate and inspire others with a positive, solution-oriented approach when faced with adversity.
• Actively seek self-directed learning opportunities with demonstrated rigor to become an expert in the clinical pain market.
• Share and leverage knowledge with peers and cross-functional colleagues to drive success throughout the organization.
• Foster an environment of accountability, transparency, and trust, holding oneself and teammates responsible for a commitment to success.
• Over 5 years of proven success in strategic key account management within pharmaceutical or medical sales.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated history of achieving exceptional sales results through a patient-centered approach.
• Expertise and experience in promoting specialty/buy and bill products across various sites of care (e.g., clinics, infusion centers, hospitals, government facilities).
• Professional background in pain management and/or the launch of specialty pharmaceutical or biologic products.
• Experience in buy and bill or specialty product promotion, utilizing Specialty Pharmacy and/or HUB services.
• Capability to adjust behavior in response to evolving information/circumstances and maintain an openness to new ideas.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to interact and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders in an unstructured environment, driven by a shared commitment to the organization’s vision and mission.
• A strong intrinsic drive and motivation to achieve success.
• Solid understanding of the various unique needs of healthcare stakeholders (KOLs, payors, etc.) within the assigned geographic territory.
• Incentive compensation target of $55K (contingent upon meeting plan requirements).
