This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Achieve strategic and sales objectives, ensuring profitable year-over-year growth for designated accounts.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of comprehensive and effective account plans.
• Lead and coordinate project initiatives (both internal and external) aligned with Amcor's goals.
• Expand business opportunities with current accounts through effective networking.
• Develop and implement strategies to sustain and enhance the assigned account's growth.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of Amcor, our product offerings, the industry landscape, and competitive market dynamics.
• Navigate the complexities of account management to address customer needs effectively.
• Serve as a safety champion, prioritizing safety in all aspects of work responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated history of successful sales growth and profitability.
• Strong negotiation skills with proven abilities in influencing and persuasion.
