This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Lead the development of strategic alliances with Addi's premier retail Key Accounts.
• Optimize Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) and enhance Share of Wallet (SoW).
• Attain a Year-over-Year increase in overall GMV.
• Effectively onboard and accelerate the growth of new Key Accounts.
• Decrease the average Partner Support Ticket Resolution Time.
• Collaborate to design and implement impactful, seasonal promotional campaigns.
• 3-5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Partnerships, or B2B Enterprise Sales.
• Proven experience managing an annual portfolio generating ≥$10M in revenue/GMV.
• Demonstrated success in launching new financial/payment products.
• Skilled in modern CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Proficient with BI/Analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
• Proven ability to execute a cross-functional strategy.
• Fluency in English is required.
