This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Build and enhance executive relationships: Establish and strengthen trusted connections with essential stakeholders at all levels within the client organization, positioning Addepto as a strategic ally and accelerating account growth through cross-selling, upselling, and renewal initiatives.
• Discover opportunities and provide value: Utilize domain knowledge and white space analysis to identify both expressed and hidden client needs, articulating customized value propositions that align directly with business priorities across the entire KMS & Addepto service portfolio.
• Formulate and implement account strategies: Develop, sustain, and drive comprehensive Account Development Plans based on a thorough understanding of each client's business objectives, challenges, and growth potential.
• Spearhead strategic client engagements: Facilitate and lead impactful client interactions - including QBRs, innovation workshops, and governance meetings - to promote alignment, demonstrate value, and enhance collaboration.
• Manage commercial negotiations, contract extensions, and renewals in accordance with company objectives.
• Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by supervising project progress, delivery quality, and value realization.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (delivery teams, technical experts, leadership) to guarantee consistent and effective client communication.
• Track account performance, revenue forecasts, and strategic account plans.
• Represent Addepto as a reliable AI consulting partner in client meetings, workshops, and executive-level discussions.
• Keep abreast of trends in AI, data, and digital transformation relevant to client industries.
• Significant experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, or Strategic Client Partner in consulting, technology, or software services.
• Demonstrated success in consistently generating $3M–$5M+ in annual net-new services revenue across a defined portfolio, particularly in custom software development and digital product engineering services.
• Strong background in B2B client-facing roles within IT, data, AI, analytics, or digital transformation.
• Experience with enterprise or large-scale clients, including C-level or senior stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to comprehend complex technical solutions and articulate them into clear business value.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in managing revenue, pipelines, and account growth.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and capability to work independently in a dynamic consulting environment.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of German and/or additional languages is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for client engagements, team collaboration, and strategic initiatives.
• Background in management consulting or technology consulting firms.
• Experience working with international clients and distributed teams.
• Familiarity with AI, data engineering, analytics, or cloud-based solutions.
• Understanding of enterprise procurement and contracting processes.
