This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Surpass quarterly renewal and upsell targets
• Foster strong connections with customers while ensuring their success with Acquia platform services
• Assist customers during the onboarding process of products and services
• Maintain oversight of account strategy and direction
• Establish relationships with key leadership contacts at customer organizations
• Discover new opportunities and work towards closing them
• Collaborate with business users and procurement to guarantee timely renewals
• Update and manage the Sales database as necessary
• Capable of proactively managing accounts with minimal supervision
• Strong teamwork with internal departments
• Develop trusted relationships with customers
• Ability to oversee multiple systems and administrative tasks simultaneously
• 3-5 years of experience in a sales/account management position within a technology company, with a preference for education and government experience
• Strong skills in leadership, teamwork, communication, and cross-group collaboration
• Proven success in maintaining and expanding complex relationships, including closing renewals and facilitating upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Previous experience in securing contracts with educational institutions and/or government entities is preferred
• Successfully managed and surpassed a renewals quota
• Achieved and exceeded ACV Upsell/Cross-Sell Quotas
• Proficient in renewal forecasting and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated individual who can establish and prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of MS Office/G Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Familiarity with SFDC, Gainsight, Jira, and other relevant tools
