This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Create customized strategies and articulate engagement plans for key accounts, outlining specific objectives and activities to enhance the utilization and funding of AbbVie products.
• Act as AbbVie’s primary liaison for non-clinical stakeholders; foster trusted relationships and gain insight into their priorities, limitations, and decision-making processes.
• Actively engage in brand teams and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to achieve brand goals.
• Propel business growth by identifying obstacles to product usage and facilitating provider formulary access to meet revenue objectives.
• Manage internal interactions, build consensus, resolve conflicts, and escalate issues as needed.
• Oversee contracting and tender activities across key accounts.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships throughout the account ecosystem.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams without formal authority, bringing stakeholders together and addressing challenges within the field team.
• Execute engagement plans and ensure consistent interaction across all in-field functions related to the account.
• Collaborate with Market Access and Value Proposition teams to equip stakeholders with tailored clinical, economic, and service-oriented information.
• Monitor the execution and effectiveness of account activities and regularly assess performance metrics.
• Negotiate, finalize, and sign agreements, and support or oversee the contracting and tendering processes as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in economics, law, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in a sales or commercial role within the healthcare sector.
• Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare landscape, including provider and payer environments and healthcare funding mechanisms.
• Highly developed persuasion skills, with strong political acumen and sound judgment.
• Recognized for authenticity, integrity, and reliability.
• Strong grasp of cost pressures, containment strategies, and provider requirements.
• Business-fluent in English and French; proficiency in German is a plus.
