This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovenia.
• Implement brand strategies and tactics to enhance field and sales performance.
• Efficiently oversee the designated territory and targeted accounts.
• Cultivate robust customer relationships and address stakeholder needs to optimize both short- and long-term sales outcomes.
• Formulate solutions to address claims or specific concerns raised by key accounts.
• Recognize opportunities and work collaboratively across functions to establish mutually beneficial partnerships with key accounts.
• Achieve sales performance goals, brand KPIs, financial objectives, and marketing goals.
• Adhere to planned sales call frequencies and maintain a set number of professional public visits.
• Share relevant insights and observations from IFT back with the broader IFT and BT teams.
• A relevant degree from a university.
• Background in Science or Applied Science disciplines.
• Preferred proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong command of the local language.
• A proven history of success in sales performance and effective presentation skills within relevant therapeutic areas is preferred.
• Strong business insight and adeptness with business tools; possesses strategic and critical thinking abilities.
• Proactively recognizes customer styles and behaviors, adjusting all aspects of the selling approach accordingly.
• Functions effectively within a matrix organizational structure.
• Experience in the commercial pharmaceutical industry, including physician/account-based selling, training, managed health care, or marketing is preferred.
