This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Oversee strategic clinic chain accounts, spearhead negotiations, and cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Formulate and implement multi-year account strategies.
• Track sales, profitability, and execution for designated accounts.
• Establish targets and monitor performance metrics.
• Discover growth opportunities and execute corresponding action plans.
• Provide guidance on pricing, portfolio strategies, and commercial models.
• Work in conjunction with regional teams to standardize account management practices.
• Assess customer, competitor, and market dynamics.
• Extensive experience in key account management, commercial strategy, or sales leadership within the healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or complex B2B sectors.
• Demonstrated success in managing large or strategic accounts and achieving consistent growth.
• Strong capability to influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
• Excellent analytical abilities paired with sound commercial insight.
• Proficient negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Capacity to function effectively at both strategic and operational levels in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Dutch.
