This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Management of Client Relationships
• Establish and nurture robust, long-lasting partnerships with key clients in France.
• Act as the main point of contact for significant accounts, promptly and effectively addressing client needs and concerns.
• Hold regular meetings with clients to assess performance, understand their requirements, and suggest customized solutions.
• Sales and Revenue Expansion
• Meet sales objectives and targets for designated key accounts in France.
• Identify and seek new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Engage in new business development for the French market.
• Work alongside the sales team to create and implement strategic account plans.
• Quick ownership of the responsibilities in this role.
• Technical Proficiency
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our embedded computing products and services.
• Offer technical advice and support to clients, assisting them in effectively utilizing our solutions.
• Keep updated on industry trends and advancements to foresee client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Knowledge of AI Edge Vertical and Nvidia solutions is preferred.
• Cross-functional Team Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and customer support teams to fulfill client requirements.
• Work with marketing to design and implement client-specific marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Reporting and Analysis
• Track and report on key performance metrics for accounts.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to pinpoint growth opportunities and areas needing improvement.
• Prepare regular updates for senior management, emphasizing key successes and challenges.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in electronic/computer engineering is preferred.
• Proven success in sales roles with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in key account management.
• Strong experience in B2B sales, with a solid understanding of the industrial PC market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape in France.
• Profound knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies, with a proven capability to drive revenue growth and surpass sales targets.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
• Fluency in both French and English, both spoken and written.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker capable of developing and executing effective sales strategies in a dynamic and competitive market environment.
• Analytical mindset with competence in sales analytics, forecasting, and performance measurement.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients, attend industry events, and support sales team activities.
