This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Achieves strategic sales objectives for the brand.
• Develops a tailored business model for each client.
• Chooses product assortment based on account specifics.
• Responsible for planning model stocks, turnover, gross margin, markdowns, and sales targets per account.
• Oversees retailer sales, inventory, and profitability to optimize our mutual business interests.
• Manages the account order base to ensure prompt deliveries.
• Oversees replenishment programs for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) accounts.
• Projects product demand and consolidates data by account.
• Implements and manages all retail marketing initiatives, including retail presence, Point of Purchase (P.O.P.), promotional events, and collateral materials.
• Cultivates strong relationships with key accounts at senior levels.
• Initiates, develops, and secures new key accounts aligned with the division's distribution strategies.
• Maintains a regular schedule of in-store visits to ensure brand visibility, visual roll-outs/events, and to enhance turnover and door volume.
• Performs tasks in accordance with the Company’s AAP/EEO objectives and policies.
• Carries out additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 7 years in Sales and at least 3 years in Key Account Management, with proven sales capabilities in the Apparel sector.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively; adept at managing time and meeting business deadlines.
• Must have knowledge of all sales functions for a national footwear brand within department stores.
• Should possess strategic planning skills and be focused on results.
• Familiarity with retailer financial metrics, including sales, inventory, turnover, and gross margin dollars.
• Demonstrates a high level of energy, initiative, and professionalism.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
