This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for each account that drive growth and profitability for the assigned portfolio.
• Identify business opportunities within existing clients, expanding participation in solutions such as software development, cloud, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity.
• Lead high-level negotiations, ensuring effective closures and sustainable business relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, technology, and delivery) to ensure value proposals are aligned with client needs.
• Rigorously manage the sales pipeline in CRM, ensuring visibility and accuracy in the sales forecast.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Commercial Engineering, or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in consultative B2B sales or as a Key Account Executive, preferably in technology companies.
• Experience in marketing solutions such as software development, cloud, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and automation.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Strong negotiation, closing, and financial analysis skills.
• Desirable: Specialization in sales or technology.
• MBA.
• Established portfolio or network of corporate contacts.
• Monthly net salary without deductions
