This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for accounts that drive growth and profitability of the assigned portfolio.
• Identify business opportunities within existing clients, expanding engagement in solutions such as software development, cloud services, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity.
• Lead high-level negotiations, ensuring effective closures and sustainable business relationships.
• Collaborate synergistically with internal teams (pre-sales, technology, and delivery) to ensure value propositions are aligned with client needs.
• Rigorously manage the sales pipeline in CRM, ensuring visibility and accuracy in sales forecasting.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Commercial Engineering, or related fields.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in consultative B2B sales or as a Key Account Executive, preferably in technology companies.
• Experience in marketing solutions such as software development, cloud services, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and automation.
• Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• Strong negotiation, closing, and financial analysis skills.
• Desirable: Specialization in sales or technology. MBA. Portfolio or corporate networking.
• Net monthly salary without deductions
