This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The ES Key Account Executive plays a vital role in driving strategic sales growth and managing relationships across our broker portfolio.
• The individual evaluates customer needs for environmental services, including recycling, waste management, and compliance-focused customized products and services.
• Regular strategic meetings are conducted with key decision-makers to enhance service delivery and promote solution adoption among targeted customers.
• The role involves nurturing and maintaining relationships with brokers by fostering effective long-term connections with key decision-makers within assigned accounts.
• The Executive will identify opportunities with existing customers to broaden our service offerings and maximize account penetration.
• Plans for top customers will be created and communicated, detailing opportunities, risk assessments, and comprehensive growth and retention strategies.
• Customized environmental solutions will be developed and designed in collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment with customer objectives.
• Daily utilization of CRM is essential.
• The Executive is responsible for monitoring schedules and documenting all activities such as calls, meetings, and proposals, while creating detailed information profiles on prospective customers to aid in new customer acquisition.
• An awareness of market behavior and competitive trends in designated areas must be maintained to anticipate evolving customer needs.
• Timely completion of required Environmental Service Agreements, Pricing Proposals, Customer Onboarding Forms, reports, and other documentation is necessary, adhering to Company policies.
• Performs additional job-related duties as assigned or as necessary.
• In-depth technical knowledge with a strong grasp of environmental solutions and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including outstanding presentation abilities and the capacity to produce high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Advanced capability to establish and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Comprehensive understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) for managing pipeline and tracking performance.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in the waste industry is preferred.
• 4 to 7 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
• A valid driver's license is required.
