• Achieve or surpass designated quotas and sales metrics by identifying and securing new business opportunities within a specified account portfolio.
• Formulate account strategies to reveal all potential opportunities in current accounts.
• Grasp customer requirements and the decision-making process to develop and finalize optimal business solutions.
• Utilize Salesforce and communication platforms to track, manage the pipeline, and close business effectively.
• Collaborate with the Field Sales and Customer Care teams to foster strong relationships with clients.
• Maintain an extensive understanding of competitive markets and sales methodologies.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations.
• Minimum of two years of proven success in exceeding sales quotas with services based on recurring revenue.
• Established history of driving additional revenue and maintaining a high level of outbound sales activities.
• A competitive and ambitious sales disposition with a strong drive to succeed and achieve results.
• Excellent attention to detail, follow-up capabilities, and the ability to create innovative solutions to satisfy client needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities with prompt responsiveness.
• Proficient in Salesforce and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
• Familiarity with prospecting databases such as D&B, ZoomInfo, and Apollo is advantageous.
• Experience in B2B or the food and beverage sector is a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
