This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Responsibility for preliminary accounting, including the review of incoming and outgoing invoices.
• Assistance in the preparation and verification of invoices, while keeping track of outstanding items.
• Evaluation of contracts, offers, and agreements for completeness.
• Support for management in daily operational tasks.
• Participation in various operational and strategic topics.
• Development of internal processes related to accounting and documentation.
• Liaison with external partners such as tax advisors or banks.
• Organization of appointments, deadlines, and tasks.
• At least 5 years of experience in preliminary accounting, invoice verification, or commercial administration.
• Commercial training, a degree in business administration, or comparable practical experience in finance, assistance, or operations.
• Careful, reliable, and structured work ethic.
• A sense of responsibility in handling confidential information.
• Proficiency in common office tools and ideally experience with accounting, document management, or project management tools.
