• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or surpass revenue objectives across designated accounts or regions.
• Identify, assess, and convert new business prospects through proactive engagement and consultative approaches.
• Manage and enhance existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Conduct both virtual and in-person sales presentations, product demonstrations, and solution consultations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, customer success, implementation, and product specialists to address customer requirements and foster adoption.
• Maintain precise and current records within CRM systems, documenting customer interactions, pipeline status, and forecasts.
• Analyze customer data and market trends to refine sales strategies and pinpoint upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
• Participate in conferences and virtual events to promote products and cultivate relationships.
• Provide post-sale assistance and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation.
• Stay informed about product offerings, industry developments, and the competitive landscape.
• A minimum of 1 year of successful experience in sales, account management, or roles involving customer interaction.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets utilizing consultative and solution-oriented selling methods.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to influence and establish rapport with a diverse range of collaborators.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills; adept at prioritizing effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and digital communication tools.
• Comfortable with data analysis and leveraging insights to inform sales strategies.
• Self-motivated individual with a high level of initiative, flexibility, and resilience.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in business, marketing, or education (preferred).
