JV & Expansion Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lebanon.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and sustaining the JV and expansion pipeline utilizing Pipedrive.

• Creating and upholding thorough deal documentation and institutional knowledge.

• Coordinating the planning for the mobilization of new Joint Ventures and market entries.

• Drafting executive-level business correspondence and strategic documents in both Arabic and English.

• Performing market analysis and preparing briefing materials to assist executive decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–6 years of pertinent professional experience.

• Native or near-native proficiency in Arabic writing with fluent English skills.

• Practical experience with Pipedrive, HubSpot, or comparable CRM systems.

• Preferred experience in real estate, property management, facilities management, consulting, or business development support.

• Exceptional attention to detail, superb organizational abilities, and the capacity to independently manage multiple priorities.
