Junior/Mid Full Stack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage web interfaces utilizing React, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript

• Design, troubleshoot, and enhance backend services in Python, encompassing GraphQL APIs and supporting REST endpoints

• Connect with storage and data sources, including local files, SQLite, and S3-compatible systems

• Implement security features at the application level

• Create and maintain automated tests to enhance reliability

• Aid in the deployment and operation of applications across various environments

• Containerize applications with Docker and Docker Compose

• Set up environments, logging, TLS, and monitoring

• Collaborate across different repositories and services

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–4 years of relevant experience or equivalent qualifications

• Proficient in Python

• Familiar with React or Next.js

• Experience with APIs, including GraphQL or REST

• Knowledge of Docker

• Comfortable with Linux environments and debugging

• Experience with authentication processes

• Background in automated testing

• Eagerness to work across the technology stack

• AWS experience is a plus

• Familiarity with knowledge graphs is a bonus skill

• Experience with graph databases is a bonus skill

• Exposure to deployment tooling is a bonus skill
