Junior User Acquisition Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Initiate and expand advertising campaigns to enhance product visibility on our primary platform — Meta.

• Evaluate data, metrics, and testing results to drive informed decisions.

• Develop and validate user behavior hypotheses utilizing performance marketing and CRO tools, while closely collaborating with the Product Marketing Team.

• Keep track of and assess trends in the EdTech market.

• Work together with the creative production team: propose new ad creatives and offer insights on their effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess some experience in marketing, user acquisition, FMCG, or consulting — or be at the beginning of your career with a strong desire to advance rapidly.

• Be comfortable with numbers, using them to make informed choices and identify causal relationships.

• Have a passion for research, inquisitively ask “why?”, and seek to understand everything from the basics.

• Be eager to quickly adapt to new tools (such as Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Tableau, and various ad platforms).

• Communicate fluently in English (Upper-Intermediate+);
