Junior Territory Sales Manager – Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Propel the recommendations and adoption of Dexcom CGM products within Community and Primary Care environments.

• Aid in the execution of local ICS/CCG real-time CGM policies by facilitating new patient initiations and appropriate transitions from competing technologies.

• Establish strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key decision-makers, and internal Dexcom stakeholders to achieve territory objectives.

• Deliver product training and in-servicing to relevant HCPs employing innovative and compliant engagement strategies.

• Strategically manage your territory by prioritizing accounts and activities based on customer and business requirements.

• Utilize CRM and available data insights on a daily basis to discover opportunities, monitor activities, and support sustainable sales growth.

• Contribute to expanding Dexcom's market share and meeting sensor sales targets in alignment with company expectations and values.


⛳️ Requirements

• Some background in healthcare, a similar commercial environment, or strong transferable sales experience.

• A clear ambition to develop a long-term career in medical sales and diabetes care.

• Comfort in learning and applying clinical, product, sales, and market access knowledge.

• Experience in utilizing data to strategize activities, manage priorities, and enhance territory effectiveness.

• Proficient in using standard IT tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and open to learning CRM systems.

• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.

• Valid UK driving license (with no more than 3 penalty points).
